Making A Difference - is a term you will hear much about. The basis of any work undertaken by T-mP is the IMPACT on anyone involved in or work. It's about Making A Difference. We are offering Community groups, Churches and Businesses the chance to join us for a week in Romania or Ukraine on a MAD Week. As part of that week, you will work for 3 days alongside Romanians or Ukrainians in their outreach work. You will select your project at a 'pre-visit preparation session. Projects vary from working in an orhanage, helping teenagers in a 'half way' house provided for some after orpanage, feeding the elderly, working with children in a Kindergarden, supporting ex prisoners as they adapt to new life, working with special needs. Some projects could be basic pracical work (ie) painting murals on hospital or orphanage walls or building a park for local young people. The choice will be yours! Our aim is for you to Make A Difference to others.... but also to yourself. Hopefully, you will return to UK and Make A Difference to others here too..... You will be expected to raise your own finances, participate in the 'pre-visit' meeting, take out your own insurance, respect the aims of T-mP and hold a current CRB check. You are invited regardless of age (over 18) ability or disablity. 16-18 year olds welcome if accompanied by a Leader or parent. Feel free to contact us for further information.
