T-mP are keen to develop partnerships with local and national organisations. A recent development which we're proud of, is a partnership with a national Christian organisation called Frontier Youth Trust. Pete previously worked with FYT to support and train Youth Workers. FYT are a network of frontline Youth Workers often working in difficult and challenging situations among disadvantaged and marginalised young people. These workers do a fantastic job offering hope and care as they push bounderies. Working with FYT is important on two levels.... 1) the basis of personal support for Youth Workers can be extended to Romania and Ukraine..... with workers sharing skills and experiences. An example, is drugs workers from UK, supporting Drugs Prevention workers in Cluj. 2) Take small teams of young people to understand different culture. Already, Christian Youth Workers from the FYT nework planning to take young people in 2011. T-mP are also keen to keep regular contact with a network of small orgasations engaged visiting Romania and Ukraine. It's important to share resources and skills and on a longer term basis, T-mP can support them through the proposed International Centre. for futher information, feel free to contact us.
