T-mP are keen to develop a network of leaders, who in time will be responsible for group visits to Romania and Ukraine. In some cases, also becoming "Regional Co-ordinators" for T-mP within the UK. Groups will vary in size but ideally will consist of around 8- 10 people. The overall aim of each group will be to "enable"each participant to benefit from the IMPACT experienced. Where possible to then use that positive experience after returning to the UK. TmP are keen to offer leadership to young people and to potential leaders of community groups and in Churches. This is especially relevant to University and College students! First stage will be to join a group as an assistant leader
