Volunteering

You will read from our statement "Trans-mission Partnerships believe that everyone has something to offer, regardless of age, ability or disability".

It is our desire to involve people from across the full spectrum of society. Previously, a team of long-term unemployed visited Romania and our aim is to take people with learning and/or physical disabilities.

Sometimes we look for specific skilled volunteers, but on the whole, people with a big heart, and a willingness to offer their life experiences is what we look for.

Volunteering can be helping collect items for humanitarian aid trips, knitting teddies, preparing shoe boxes or doing fundraising.

Especially needed at the moment are people with skills in fundraising and PR. This would apeal to those taking early retirement.

Whatever your age, ability or disability you may be able to help us! Feel free to email us on the email address given. Remember, having a 'BIG HEART' is important to us.
