In the town of Poliana, located in the Carpathia region of Ukraine, T-m-P formed a partnership with Pastor Vasily Rachynets - President of Ukrainian Free Churches. In addition to presiding over 250 churches he manages a Holiday Centre for children from Chernobyl.

In recognition of the work of "Bethany Holoday Centre" the Ukrainian Government has offered, free of charge, a piece of land adjacent to the centre to develop a sports and recreational facility. This facility will also be available to the local community.

Trans-mission-Partnerships is raising money to build the facilities. In addition, T-m-P will collect 'suplus' sports equipment from the UK. To suport this appeal, two top British sportsmen have pledged their help. Steve Cunningham, Captain of the England Football team for the blind and Kenny Sansom, former England and Premier League footballer, currently working for Sky Sports.
